Suporte pago é outra coisa
Na ânsia por adquirir correndo o novo Gmail Premier Edition, acabei apagando sem querer o e-mail da minha esposa, que fica hospedado no “Gmail for your domain” juntamente com meu e-mail. Imagina o esporro que eu ia tomar né?
No desespero, abri um chamado de suporte no Gmail Premier perguntando sobre a possibilidade de restaurarem o mesmo, mas já desiludido. Vejam a seguir resposta, que chegou cerca de 30 minutos depois

Thanks for your message. If you wait for 5 days you’ll then be able to
recreate the account, but please note that all email data will be lost.
However, if you urgently need this account restored without a loss of
data, please reply to this message and I’ll manually restore the account
without any data loss.

When upgrading my account to the premier edition, I saw that you would
force me to upgrade all the accounts. As I thought you would charge my
card imediatelly, I removed my wife’s account.
Is this possible to recover it, including its emails?
Her email is elaine@vinhas.org. When I try to recreate it, gmail says that
I have to create an alias, or wait for 5 days for removal. If it takes 5
days to remove, can you recover it?

Fiquei boqueaberto. Tinha acabado de assinar o serviço Premier do Gmail, ainda achando que 100 dólares (50 para cada conta) era um pouco salgado, mas devo confessar que foram as 100 pratas mais bem pagas que já gastei. Parabéns a turma do Google!
